29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A log of all recordable work-related injuries and illness (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent) was not completed in the detail required by the regulation:  (a) Exelon Corporation, Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Station, 2625 River Road, Middletown, Pennsylvania - On August 14, 2014, an employee sustained a strain/sprain to the left knee while performing an annual physical fitness test, which resulted in restricted duty and medical treatment.  The employer did not record this injury on the OSHA 300 log for calendar 2014.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
