Aisles and walkways were not kept clear of steel shot or similar abrasive which may create a slipping hazard: (a) At the Blast-It-All abrasive blasting cabinet the bad gasket on the door and the holes in the gloves allowed plastic abrasive to escape the blasting cabinet.
