29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    Instance 1: On or about 9/24/14, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing trusses on a residential roof without using all components of the conventional fall protection system.       Instance 2: On or about 9/24/14, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while installing plywood on trusses of a residential roof without using all the components of a fall protection system.
