29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a)   Jobsite located at the Wyngate Development Club house, Medford NJ 08055:   Company employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground below without using fall protection while installing a cooper roof on a new building under construction, observed on or about 09/27/2014.
