The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated.  Jobsite: The employees, working from the basket of the Genie Boom 4902 aerial lift at a height approximately 26 feet from the ground were not wearing any type of fall arrest devices, such as (but not limited to) fullbody harness with lanyards attached to the boom or basket.
