29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) FR Bradley Enterprises, Inc dba Bradley's Shur-Fine Food Mart / 450 West 8th Street in Erie PA: On or about October 2, 2014 the company did not provide training to employees on maintaining exclusive control of the cord of the Hobart slicing machines in the deli area. b) FR Bradley Enterprises, Inc dba Bradley's Shur-Fine Food Mart / 450 West 8th Street in Erie PA: On or about October 2, 2014, employees did not receive training on applying lockout devices to the electrical disconnect for the meat grinder.
