OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard: On or about October 2, 2014, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 18 feet in height to unpaved ground level below when cleaning an exterior block wall and standing in an elevated platform attached to a JCB rough terrain forklift Model # 506C HL  Serial # SLP5CCJA5E1184060 while the operator left the forklift unattended.
