29 CFR 1926.501(b)(6): Each employee on ramps, runways, and other walkways was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems:  a) Job Site - A guardrail system was not provided where employees accessed a ramp and worked from tubular welded frame scaffolds, exposing employees to fall hazards up to 42 feet, on or about October 6, 2014.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
