29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.     A, Husky Roofing, Ltd. worksite located at 3450 Seaman Rd., Oregon, Ohio: On or about October 8, 2014, the employer did not provide ensure employees installing weatherproofing on the 7/12 pitch roof were protected from fall hazards. Employee were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 9.00 feet on the East side of the single story commercial structure. Employees were wearing harnesses but not tied off.     Husky Roofing, Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 which was contained in OSHA inspection number 982679, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 17, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at Perrysburg, Ohio.
