29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A.) Yardmaster of Pennsylvania, LLC, 654 Millcreek Mall, Erie, PA 16565, on or about October 6, 2014 and times prior thereto: Employees were performing landscaping tasks including, but not limited to, spreading mulch, below overhead roofing operations. Roofing operations included, but were not limited to, installation of TPO roofing and metal work. The landscaping employees were not wearing head protection when exposed hazards including, but not limited to, falling equipment/tools and supplies from the overhead roofing operations.
