29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a- 10 Kettlebrook Drive, Mt. Laurel NJ: On or about 10/21/13, a company employee performing roof shingle/sheathing installation and other related activities from roofs with pitches ranging from approximately 5 on 12 to 8 on 12 was exposed to falls of approximately 18 feet to the ground below when they were not provided with any fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii)    a- 10 Kettlebrook Drive, Mt. Laurel NJ: On or about 10/21/13, a company employee performing roof shingle/sheathing installation and other related activities from roofs with pitches ranging from approximately 5 on 12 to 8 on 12 was exposed to falls of approximately 18 feet to the ground below when they were not provided with any fall protection.  In addition, the company employee had not received fall protection training.      NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
