On or about October 6 and October 7, 2022 at the 64 Farmington Avenue Re-Roofing Project,  the 4 wheeled carts were in use to haul the old roofing materials to the dumpster area, the insulation mover was in use to move bundles of insulation to the warning line area, and the garlock roof cutter was in use cutting the old roofing system at and near the warning lines and the warning line system was not at least  6 feet parallel and 10 feet perpendicular from the roof edges.
