29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1): The employer did not did not designate a competent person to monitor the safety of other employees and/or did not ensure that the safety monitor complied with the requirements listed in (h)(1)(i) through (h)(1)(v) of this section: a) 2335 Berlin Tnpk. Job Site - On or about 10-29-14 - Employees were using a warning line system as fall protection but a monitor was not being used to protect employees from falling approximately 15 feet to the ground.
