The program shall be updated as necessary to reflect those changes in workplace conditions that affect respirator use. The employer shall include in the program the following provisions of this section, as applicable: a. On or about November 06, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was provided with and required to wear half-mask air purifying respirators for use during cleanup activities. The employer did not develop or implement a written respirator program that included the provisions of this section including, but not limited to worksite specific procedures. a. On or about November 06, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was provided with and required to wear air supplied hoods for use during sandblasting operations. The employer did not develop or implement a written respirator program that included the provisions of this section including, but not limited to worksite specific procedures.
