29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii): The building and/or facility owner(s) did not notify prospective employers, tenants, employees of the owner, and all employers of employees who would be performing work within adjacent areas of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material, at the work sites in their buildings and facilities in writing, or a personal communication between the owner and the person to whom notification must be given or their authorized representatives:    On or about October 28, 2014, Evonik Goldschmidt Corporation did not notify contractors of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing materials or presumed asbestos containing materials during construction activities in the FAP Building when contractors were retubing the 900 pound boiler.
