Blackhawk Interiors, Inc., BB&T:  On or about 11/18/14, two extension cords used to supply power to the Dewalt chop saw were not used in accordance with their listing and labeling instructions, in that the extension cords were daisy chained together.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
