29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:      a. On December 2, 2014, an inventory list was not generated and some safety data sheets (SDS) were missing and not available in the MSDS binder in the shop and information and training were not provided (training not conducted) for hazardous materials such as, but not limited to brake fluid (DOT3) and Multi Purpose Grease (MP2), diesel, Freon 13, antifreeze and gasoline.      TOYOTA ASCO MOTORS was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952529, citation number 1, item number 10 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/27/2014, with respect to a workplace located at the Tafuna Industrial Park, American Samoa.
