29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Employees were standing at the edge of a residential structure flat roof performing framing work on a parapet wall while wearing a harness that was not attached to an appropriate anchorage point. Potential fall height was measured to be approximately 30' above the ground below.
