Worksite located at 200 N. State Rt. 291, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards from employees and materials located overhead and were not wearing any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     (a). Worksite located at 200 N. State Rt. 291, Liberty, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that the employee was observed working on top of a parapet wall without the use of any means of fall protection.
