29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.  On or about 12/12/2014, the floor between the truck washing area and the repair shop was not kept free of oil. The concrete floor was coated with oil, transmission fluid and radiator fluid residue rendering the floor slippery.
