Bison Construction, Inc., 413 W Plum Street, Edinboro Pa, 16412- on or about December 17th, 2014 and times prior thereto:  Employees were working with and around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Polyken 1027 liquid adhesive, and propane.  Employees had not received training on the hazards associated with the Polyken 1027 liquid adhesive as evidenced by the fact that employees were unaware the substance was flammable.

MSDS for the Polyken 1027 liquid adhesive and propane were not readily accessible during the employees work shift.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    a.)    Bison Construction, Inc., 413 W Plum Street, Edinboro Pa, 16412- on or about December 17th, 2014 and times prior thereto:  Employees were working with and around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Polyken 1027 liquid adhesive in a one gallon container in order to seal manhole joints.  The gallon container did not have a legible label to identify the chemical contained within the container.
