An employee conducting window refinishing and restoration was exposed to an 8-hour TWA of 47.6 ug/m3 of lead during a 386 minute occupational exposure. The 8-hour TWA employee exposure was 1.59 times the OSHA Action Level. Violation occurred on or about February 2, 2015.

Wipe samples taken from break room table ranged from twenty-six (26) to one hundred ninety (190) micrograms of lead in one hundred (100) square centimeter area. Condition noted on or about 2/2/15.
