29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On the jobsite located at 3020 S Jeffers in North Platte, NE: The employer is failing to ensure that employees exposed to falls greater than 6 feet are protected by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems. On or about January 20, 2015 employees of Wilk Builders LLC were observed installing a pre-fabricated wooden truss approximately 47 feet from the ground level. The employees were not protected from the fall hazard by acceptable means such as but not limited to guardrails, safety nets and/or personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    At the jobsite located at 3020 S Jeffers Street, North Platte, NE :  The employer is failing to provide a training program to ensure that employees are able to recognize and minimize hazards when exposed to falls greater than 6 feet. On or about January 20, 2015 employees of Wilk Builders, LLC were observed installing pre-fabricated trusses while exposed to fall heights of approximately 47 feet without protective measures such as but not limited to guardrails, safety nets and or personal fall protection systems.
