29 CFR 1910.22(c): Covers and/or guardrails were not provided to protect personnel from the hazards of open pits, tanks, vats, ditches, etc:    a) On or about January 26, 2015, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards where the nets in the oil change pits were in disrepair and not properly secured. The nets installed in the three pits had broken netting and some of the carabineers used to connect the nets to the cables were not completely fastened.         Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
