29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:    (a) On or about April 4, 2016, and at times prior, Griffin Fast Lube, LLC. did not ensure that sufficient access and working space was provided and maintained about electric equipment operating at less than 600 volts. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards where, in the utility room, the main electrical panel was partially blocked by a 230 gallon windshield washer fluid tank.     Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").    Griffin Fast Lube, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112824, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 8, 2016,  with respect to a workplace located at 6630 Camden Blvd. Fountain, CO 80817.
