Quality Contracting, Christopher Street and Dickinson Street:  On or about 01/23/15, employees laying brick were not protected from falling 21' to the ground.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

Quality Contracting:  On or about 01/23/15, employees laying brick on a scaffold 21' above the ground were not trained to recognize the hazards associated with scaffolding.
