29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    (a)    Hy Barr Inc. at 2533 Des Moines Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525:  On and before January 27, 2015, the exposing employer did not ensure each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system in that approximately ten employees were engaged in framing a two story multi-family dwelling without the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
