Wipe samples indicated that the front plate where the barrel enters the test fire chamber had an accumulation of lead, as determined on February 20, 2015. 29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: (a) Test Fire Area: An employee has potential exposure to airborne lead during the test firing of manufactured gun barrels. Wipe samples indicated that the front plate where the barrel enters the test fire chamber had an accumulation of lead. The employer did not provide employees with the information on lead contained in Appendix A (Substance Data Sheet for Occupational Exposure to Lead) and Appendix B (Employee Standard Summary) of 29 CFR 1910.1025, as determined on February 20, 2015. Abatement Certification Required for this Item.
