29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:    a. On February 10, 2015, on the roof on the front side of the house, employees were not protected from falling from the roof when bringing rebar up to the roof level handed to them from employees on ground level, exposing employees to the hazard of falling from a height of 10.66 feet.
