29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures at least annually to ensure that the procedures and the requirement of this standard were being followed:  a) 395 Oak Hill Road, Mountain Top, PA:  An annual inspection of the energy control procedures (Lockout/Tagout) was not conducted by the employer, on or about February 19, 2015.                          ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:   a) 395 Oak Hill Road, Mountain Top, PA: Employees worked with hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, chemicals such as FN-6 Plate Finisher Gum and DT-2W US Thermal Positive CTP Developer, and the employer did not provide these employees with the required OSHA Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals training prior to the effective date of December 1, 2013, on or about February 19, 2015.                                                         ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
