29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest system:    a. On or about February 12, 2015, top elevated tower area, the employee installing tar around the flashing on a flat roof system was not protected from falling 30 feet by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any other type of fall protection method.    The Big D Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315478891, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on November 5, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 207 North San Marco Ave, St. Augustine, FL 32084.    The Big D Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 891244, citation number 001, item number 001(a) and was affirmed as a final order on April 13, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1240 NW 11th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32601.
