29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On the second level of an apartment building, on or about February 20, 2015 employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the paved ground below, while installing wood floor trusses on a residential apartment building under construction.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards on how to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   On the second level of a apartment building under construction, on or about February 20, 2015, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the paved ground below, while installing floor trusses on a residential apartment building without fall protection.
