29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms: a) Stairway leading from ground to main deck of Hull #1066; on or about February 19, 2015 and times prior the employer had in place a stairway 10.2 feet above the ground level that did not have in place a standard rail system. The top and middle sections did not have a mid-rail on either side.
