29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) On or about March 2, 2015, employees were not protected against accidental contact with energized overhead power lines during framing and carpentry work along east elevation of the new addition to the house. The overhead power lines consisted of secondary lines having a voltage rating of 120/240 volts. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
