29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial, or storage, was not provided with floor load ratings approved by the building official, marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate:  a)  At the Sheetmetal Office, north wall, near the coffee machine area, the floor loading rating for the loft used for storing boxes of air filters and bulbs had not been determined or marked with a placard of an approved design.  b)  At the restroom area in building 1, the floor loading rating for the loft used for storing pallets and cardboard boxes had not been determined or marked with a placard of an approved design.  c)  At the restroom area in building 2,  south west corner, the floor loading rating for the loft used for storing miscellaneous sheet metal parts, boxes, and water coolers had not been determined or marked with a placard of an approved design.
