29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a)  Kraft, Curtis dba Fineline Framing at 3675 Clydesdale Parkway, Loveland, CO 80538:  On or before March 13, 2015, the employer did not ensure that employees were using safety glasses when using pneumatic nail guns to frame this house.  Condition exposed employees to the potential for eye injuries from projectiles to the eyes.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:    a)  Kraft, Curtis dba Fineline Framing at 3675 Clydesdale Parkway, Loveland, CO 80538:  On or before March 13, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the temporary power panel, Homeland Load Center model HOM612L1DBRM HOMFP, was mounted on a pole or a wall in accordance with the manufacturers directions.  The metal panel was laying on the floor near water, where the exposure to the water and melting snow had the potential to energize both the panel and the water.  Condition exposed employees to the 120 volt electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  Kraft, Curtis dba Fineline Framing at 3675 Clydesdale Parkway, Loveland, CO 80538:  On or before March 13, 2015, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling in the following instances:    1)  Two employees were walking on exterior top plates to secure roof trusses and to saw off the truss tails without the use of fall protection; and    2)  Employees were working on the interior second floor without the use of guardrails or other fall protection.    Conditions exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 25 feet.
