29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a)  Building 12, Harness Way, Chesterfield, NJ: On or about 03/12/2015, an employee of Guadzar Construction Inc.  installing flashing on the roof of a three story, multi-family, town home style residential structure was not protected by guard rails, PFAS or any other form of fall protection and was thus exposed to a fall hazard of over 30 feet to the ground below.
