The employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns while not wearing any eye and or face protection exposing them to eye and or face injuries from flying debris.     Condition occurred on or about 03/18/15.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:    a) 35 Marion Avenue, New Providence, NJ 07974, Building #3. The employer allowed his employees to place and install new roofing materials on a new two story Townhome while not wearing any fall protection exposing them to fall hazards.       Condition occurred on or about 03/18/15.
