29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 03/17/15 located at 4470 Egret Ave., Cumming, GA: Employees installing siding and trim on to the walls of the house- from the roof while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 25 feet and the pitch was a 6/12.
