29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1):  Pulleys, any part of which are seven (7) feet or less from the floor or working platform, were not guarded in accordance with the standards specified in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section:  a) On or about March 25, 2015 and times prior, employees were exposed to injuries in that; an air compressor pulley was not guarded. The air compressor was located in the storage room.  Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

The 110 volt cord was located on lift unit number four in the tire shop.
