Shingle lane, Watersound, FL 32413.  Home Star Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1013621, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on February 18, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 164 Wiregrass Way, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.
