29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a.  On or about March 27, 2015, on the south side of a new residential construction house, an employee working beneath employees installing framing materials to the second floor was not wearing a hard hat, exposing the employee to the hazard of being struck by falling debris.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on March 27, 2015, when employees were working on the northeast side of the framed structure at 1510 Scenic Gulf Drive, Lot 7, Miramar Beach Florida 32550 without fall protection and were exposed to falls of approximately 13 feet.  Home Star Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 988603, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 62 N. Shingle lane, Watersound, FL 32413.  Home Star Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1013621, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on February 18, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 164 Wiregrass Way, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459.  Home Star Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1024284, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 304 Blue sage Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32413.  Home Star Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1024767, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 12805 US Hwy 98 East, Bldg. D, Inlet Beach, FL 32413.
