29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about April 01, 2015, at the Hilton Lafayette site, the employer failed to ensure that an employee framing the leading edge of the carport at the hotel entrance was protected from falling by tying off the lanyard of his safety harness or by using a guardrail or safety net system; the employee was lying on top of the frame.
