29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- Lot 11-21, Block 4.01, 57 Emerald Road, Robbinsville NJ: An employees, not supplied with any fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet to the floor below, when performing roof truss installation and other related activities from the structure's upper floor which contained unprotected edges, and whose walking/working surface was not complete.  Condition observed on or about 03/31/15.   b- Lot 11-21, Block 4.01, 57 Emerald Road, Robbinsville NJ: Employees, not supplied with any fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet to the floor below, when performing roof truss installation and other related activities from the structure's upper floor whose walking/working surface was not complete.  Condition observed and noted on or about 03/31/15.   MFP Framing Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1008625, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/16/15, with respect to a workplace located at 104 South Midland, Kearny NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
