29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) 101 Babb Drive, Luther Village III, Dover, DE: On or about April 1, 2015, Frame Masters failed to insure employees used adequate fall protection while performing roofing activities, approximately 40 feet above the grade, exposing employees to falls.
