Ambrosia Fragrance, LLC/Piscataway, NJ- The employer did not ensure that perfume bottle assembly pieces (including but not limited to plastic bottles, glass bottles, pumps, covers, etc.) as well as folded cardboard boxes soaked with spilled perfume were removed from the floor. These items were noticed:  a) In the production area around the work stations and aisles where employees walk exposing them to trip hazards.  b) Outside by the dock area where employees go during their break    Condition observed on or about April 8, 2015.
