29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) 118 Rockin Chair Court, Enterprise, AL: On April 8, 2015 and at times prior to; the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that the employer did not provide eye protection to employees operating hand saws and pneumatic nail guns during framing operations of a new residential construction.
