29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. Platform A, Laundry room; on or about 08 April 2015 and times prior thereto; an exit route was blocked. Several boxes of Clorox bleach, rolls of Marathon paper towels and a trash can were stored in the exit route reducing the passageway to 18.5 inches of clearance. This condition exposed employees to smoke and fume inhalation.
