The storage area shall be graded in a manner to divert possible spills away from buildings or other exposures or shall be surrounded by a curb at least 6 inches high. When curbs are used, provisions shall be made for draining of accumulations of ground or rain water or spills of flammable liquids. Drains shall terminate at a safe location and shall be accessible to operation under fire conditions.  a) On or about 4/14/2015 and at times prior thereto, employees working at Dredge Central located at 1016B Louisville HWY in Goodlettsville, TN, were exposed to flammable materials (various 5 and 1 gallon containers of flammable paints) that  the employer had stored  in an outside storage container that did not have any drainage or diking established to prevent leakage and/or spillage.
