29 CFR 1910.1000 TABLE Z-3: 29 CFR 1910.1000(c): Employees were exposed to Crystalline Silica Quartz listed in Table Z-3, in excess of as an 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration: a)Dog River Marina and Boat Works, Inc.: On or about April 15th, 2015, and prior to, the employer Zirlott Marine LLC exposed an employee to respirable fraction crystalline silica quartz at an 8 hour calculated Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 4.74 milligrams grams per cubic meter of air which is 18 times the calculated 8 hour time weighted average PEL of 0.263 milligrams per cubic meter of air while conducting abrasive blasting using silica sand. Results were calculated for a 480 minute sampling period.
