The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a) Jobsite - On or about April 16, 2015, employees were operating and working from articulating work platforms (aerial lifts) without the use of fall protection in that employees were observed operating without the mid-rail positioned in place, and not wearing harness and lanyards attached, exposing employees to fall hazards over 25 feet.
